Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Omniful, you will own client relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer retention and satisfaction by providing strategic guidance and ongoing support. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their logistics operations using Omniful’s platform.

Basic Qualification

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field and at least five years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS. A strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is essential. Applicants should have the ability to manage multiple accounts and drive customer engagement through proactive communication and support.

Preferred Qualifications

A preferred candidate will have experience with TMS, OMS, or WMS software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with data-driven customer success strategies will also be an advantage.

Experience Required

Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in customer success or account management. Previous experience in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) will be valuable in this role.
