As an Implementation Consultant at Omniful, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring our SaaS solutions for new clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide training, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The role involves customizing implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from Omniful’s platform.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in software implementation or consulting. A strong understanding of supply chain workflows, WMS, OMS, or TMS solutions is required. Applicants should be capable of training users and documenting system configurations.

A preferred candidate will have experience with API integrations and software customization. Knowledge of logistics SaaS solutions will be an asset. Project management experience, such as a PMP or Agile certification, will be advantageous.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience in implementation, consulting, or logistics software. Previous experience in delivering SaaS solutions to enterprise clients is highly preferred.
