Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Omniful, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in Saudi Arabia. Your primary role will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key clients, and lead a team to exceed sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of logistics technology, including order management, warehouse management, and transportation management solutions. You will work closely with enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, and third-party logistics sectors to help them optimize their supply chain operations through Omniful’s SaaS solutions.

Basic Qualification

Candidates must have at least eight years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts is essential. Applicants should have strong expertise in order management, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery solutions. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong candidate will have a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant discipline. Experience in selling logistics software, including TMS, WMS, or OMS solutions, is highly preferred. Familiarity with the Saudi logistics and e-commerce ecosystem, including local regulations and compliance, will be beneficial. Prior experience in a leadership or regional management role will also be considered an advantage.

Experience Required

Applicants should have eight or more years of experience in SaaS sales, logistics software, or enterprise sales. Experience working with 3PL, retail, and e-commerce clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred. A strong history of closing large deals and managing high-value accounts is required to excel in this role.
