As a Technical Writer at Omniful, you will create comprehensive and user-friendly API documentation for developers integrating with our supply chain solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to document processes, SDKs, and workflows in a clear and structured manner.

Candidates should have excellent writing skills and experience with API documentation tools like Swagger, Postman, or ReadMe. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols like OAuth is required.

Experience writing for SaaS platforms in the logistics or e-commerce domain will be preferred. Knowledge of Markdown, Git, and open-source documentation practices is a plus.
